  • Job Location: Lagos (Onsite) where you work on alternate Saturdays.

Quality Control Manager (Male)

  • 1. Assist and collaborate with the Quality Control Manager in all matters.
  • 2. Comprehend SOPs, forms, operational GMP training, and quality activities.
  • 3. Provide analytical support in the QC Team.
  • 4. Track and trend data to proactively avoid non-conformances.
  • 5. Respond to alerts/action levels as necessary and resolve issues.
  • 6. Maintain the system for document storage/retrieval and train other employees on efficient system usage.
  • 7. Track and ensure effective delivery of product check on quality, expiry dates and product authenticity
  • 8. Manage the SOP periodic review program, including managing the creation of new procedures or the obsolescence of retired procedures.
  • 9. Initiate and assist in preparing information and/or reports due to a nonconformance, such as out-of-specification (analytical), deviations, and incident reports.
  • 10. Initiate, track, follow-up on Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA).
  • 11. Confirm that all customer complaints are documented correctly and accurately and assigned to the appropriate department for review/investigation.
  • 12. Provide support for the company’s Material Review Board (Risk Assessment program) and the company’s internal audit program.
  • 13. Initiate a formal improvement request when a deviation of the system occurs, possible improvements are identified, or when nonconformity is identified, and ensure its closure.
  • 14. Perform and complete all standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly quality reports.

Quality Control Manager (Male)

  • Experience/Qualifications
  • 1. BS/BA Preferred (Degree in chemistry, biology or similar area of expertise)
  • 2. Minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Regulatory (or Compliance) experience preferred
  • 3. Detailed knowledge of Quality Management Systems
  • 4. Relevant degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or a related discipline.
  • 5. Proven experience in quality control, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or regulatory compliance.
  • 6. Strong knowledge of legal and administrative provisions, rules, and directives.
  • 7. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
  • 8. Ability to work independently and follow up on action items.
  • 9. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • 10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
