Entrepreneur in Residence (Paperclip Editing)
- 1. New Venture Creation: Identify and explore new market opportunities in the writing, editing, and language services industry. Develop and launch products/services to complement our existing offerings.
- 2. Business Strategy & Innovation: Collaborate with the leadership team to refine the company's strategic direction and identify avenues for sustainable growth.
- 3. Client Acquisition & Marketing: Devise innovative strategies to attract new clients, expand our client base, and increase brand awareness.
- 4. Data-Driven Optimisation: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
- 5. Industry & Technology Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by researching trends in language services, technology, and related industries, proposing ways to adopt them into our business model.
Entrepreneur in Residence (Paperclip Editing)
- - Demonstrated entrepreneurial success, ideally within the language services (or similar knowledge-based) industry.
- - Excellent understanding of writing, editing, and/or translation markets with a keen eye for emerging opportunities.
- - Strong business acumen with a track record of strategic thinking and execution.

- - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
