Telehealth Officer (Male)

  • The Telehealth Officer will play a key role in supporting and coordinating telehealth services, serving as a point of contact for clinicians and patients, and ensuring the smooth operation of telehealth initiatives. Please note that you would work on alternate Saturdays.
  • 1. Serve as the primary point of contact and support for clinicians and patients utilizing telehealth services.
  • 2. Coordinate and schedule telehealth appointments and ensure that all technical and administrative requirements are met.
  • 3. Provide technical support to the customer success team and clinicians, and patients to facilitate seamless telehealth interactions.
  • 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that telehealth equipment and technology are functioning optimally.
  • 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date telehealth records and documentation.
  • 6. Assist in the development and implementation of telehealth protocols and best practices.
  • 7. Monitor and report on telehealth service usage, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • 8. Stay updated on telehealth industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • 9. Ensure timely and accurate response time to our teeming customers

Telehealth Officer (Male)

  • Experience/Qualifications
  • 1. Relevant experience in a telehealth or healthcare support role.
  • 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 3. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and technology.
  • 4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • 5. Knowledge of telehealth regulations and compliance standards.

  • 8. Must be able to handle hazardous and nonhazardous chemicals
  • 9. Good computer skills with knowledge of SharePoint
  • 10. Must be able to work independently
