As Manager, Ecosystem Development, you will play a key role in defining, growing, and enhancing the value of the RESE Ecosystem, as well as the value of the company’s ecosystem to its stakeholders, in line with RESE’s business strategy. - RESE is building a complete real estate transaction ecosystem. Through its real estate sales ecosystem platform, RESE provides digital infrastructure to enable real estate investment and sales transactions.
- The RESE ecosystem platform is designed to facilitate the growth of real estate markets. It provides an integrated collection of robust digital tools and modules to Agents, Banks, Developers, Asset Managers, Brokers, and Listing Sites, involved in the marketing, sales and financing of real estate.

- b. Duties and Responsibilities
- i. Key Responsibilities:
- • Acquiring financial partners, real estate developers, real estate agents & brokers, and value-enhancing service partners
- • Defining and implementing highly effective standards/procedures for onboarding stakeholders. These procedures must result in RESE’s firm understanding of the stakeholders’:
- a. Operating procedures as they pertain to the RESE platform’s core functionality and value proposition.
- b. Transaction documents and their management.
- c. Digital platform infrastructure (if in-house).
- d. Marketing strategy (Digital and analog).
- • Designing and owning the framework necessary for ensuring significant and sustained value to the RESE ecosystem stakeholders
- • Understanding and enhancing the company’s short- and long-term strategy, vision and mission regarding all stakeholders’ onboarding and development
- • Overseeing the hiring, orientating, and training of RESE’s market engagement team
- • Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
- • Liaise with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product development, technology, and executive, to ensure that gaps market requirements are plugged in a timely manner
- • Regular communication with internal stakeholders such as customer service teams and any other customer-facing teams to identify gaps and opportunities
- • Monitoring onboarding process to ensure the stakeholders have a seamless and expedient journey to revenue generation
- • Ensuring the stakeholder engagement strategies are well aligned to the overarching business goals and outcomes
- • Collecting, tracking, and analyzing customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered
- • Defining, measuring, and analyzing key stakeholder metrics to ensure continued growth and satisfaction
- • Test new strategies for driving customer growth and value
- c. Other Duties & Responsibilities:
- The key capabilities and personal attributes that this position entails and that we expect you to have and are responsible to uphold include, but are not limited to:
- • Being an "evangelist" for the company at conferences, events, etc. and establishing strategic partnerships
- • Understanding the operating results of the company & comparing them to established objectives and goals, and follow-up to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
- • Establishing and maintaining an effective system of communication to ensure that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountabilities of this role are clearly defined and understood.
- • Periodically reviewing and checking the performance of your team and recommend remedial action and improvements.
- • Promoting the company’s direction and momentum, its business performance, the positive external impact (image), internal business climate, people and services.
- • Ensuring the promotion of a positive work environment in which employee development is nurtured.
- • Delegating some responsibilities to appropriate team members to ensure smooth running of the function.
- • Monitoring the adherence of your team to company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Head of Ecosystem Development
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills are essential, as is experience in managing and developing teams.
- Personal attributes: The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
