PR & Marketing Analyst

  • • Creating and editing content for a variety of communications channels, including social media, email, press releases, and internal communications.
  • • Conducting research and analysis to inform communication strategies and messaging.
  • • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and subject matter experts, to develop messaging and communication materials.
  • • Monitoring and tracking media coverage and social media mentions related to the organization and its initiatives.
  • • Contributing to crisis communications planning and response efforts.
  • • Supporting the development and execution of events and campaigns to promote the organization and its initiatives.
  • • Developing and executing communications strategies to support the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • • Providing communications support to cross-functional teams and departments as needed.
  • • Maintaining brand and messaging consistency across all communications channels.
  • • Conducting audience research and using insights to inform communication strategies.
  • • Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness of communication efforts and making recommendations for improvement.
  • • Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices in strategic communications.
  • • Assess and maintain strong communication between Spurt! and its clients with a solid understanding of an impact-driven communication and client value creation mindset.
  • • Promoting our products and services during events
  • • Manage the design and production of promotional materials for Spurt!’s website and social media platforms.
  • • Promote our products and services during events
  • • Coordinate the design of promotional material and distribute in online and offline channels
  • • Manage and coordinate the growth and product development team through the creation of company products and services and marketing campaigns.
  • • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments

  • • Produce marketing copy for our website
  • • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
  • • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
  • • Track ROI for marketing campaigns
  • • Responsible for performing effective analyses of marketing strategy efficacy using metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement etc.
  • • Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics

  • Qualifications
  • - A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, business administration, or a related field is typically required.
  • - 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, public relations, or a related field is required
  • - Experience in collaborating with business development teams, executing marketing campaigns, exchanging feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • - Experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans is essential.
  • Skills
  • Strategic Thinking: think strategically and develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and creating effective strategies to reach them.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills. This includes both written and verbal communication, as they will be responsible for creating persuasive marketing materials, crafting press releases, and effectively communicating with team members, clients, and the media.
  • Branding and Positioning: have a deep understanding of branding principles and the ability to effectively position the company or product in the market. This involves creating and maintaining a consistent brand image, developing key messages, and ensuring brand integrity across all marketing channels.
  • Digital Marketing: a strong knowledge of digital marketing is essential. This includes proficiency in social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, and other digital marketing strategies. Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making is also valuable.
  • Media Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers is a critical skill. Should be able to develop effective media strategies, pitch stories and press releases, and handle media inquiries and interviews.
  • Project Management: handle multiple projects simultaneously, so strong project management skills are important. This includes the ability to set priorities, manage timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure that projects are executed on time and within budget.
  • Analytical Skills: analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns is crucial. Should be comfortable using analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Creativity: needs to think creatively to develop innovative marketing campaigns that capture the attention of the target audience. This includes coming up with unique ideas, creating engaging content, and finding new ways to promote the brand.
