Data Analyst
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Conduct data analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends from various data sources, including HR, productivity, and performance data.
- - Utilise statistical analysis techniques and data visualisation tools to present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders and management.
- - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement data collection strategies, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data sources.
- - Design and develop data models and algorithms to support predictive analytics, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
- - Apply machine learning and data mining techniques to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities within HR and productivity data.
- - Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring the efficient extraction, transformation, and loading of data from various sources.
- - Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to uncover key insights and validate assumptions.
- - Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to optimise HR processes, productivity, and employee engagement.
- - Collaborate with software development teams to integrate data-driven features and functionalities into our HR Tech and productivity solutions.
- - Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data analysis and data science techniques, tools, and best practices.

- Qualifications:
- - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- - Proven experience in data analysis and/or data science roles, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment.
- - Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- - Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and machine learning algorithms.
- - Familiarity with HR systems and processes is a plus.
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- - Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering techniques.
- - Ability to work with large datasets and conduct exploratory data analysis.
- - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
- - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
